If you are Boiling the Oil, how can you say that it is cold-pressed ?

The oil is extracted at a temperature below 40˚C, making it a cold-pressed process. Boiling follows as the second step, carried out after extraction to eliminate harmful substances and ensure the oil is safe for consumption.

HOW TO USE FOR CONSTIPATION ?

Liver Detox

+ Option 1

Frequency: Use it once every 10 days for a month (3-4 times in total),and then repeat the process after 1 year.

Dosage

Take 30–40 ml mixed with 150 ml of warm water or milk in the
morning, one hour after a light breakfast.

+ Option 2

Consume 5 ml daily at night for 20-25 days

Use with Heating Pad

  • Apply 2 Tbsp of Organic Castor Oil on Liver or Abdomen
  • Wrap yourself using Cloth or Heating Pad
  • Let it stay for 2-3 hours or Sleep with it
