RECOMMENDED DOSAGE

Dieticians recommend daily intake of 2.2 g of Omega-3 fatty acids in a 2000 calorie diet.

1 Tsp ( 5 ml ) provides daily Omega-3 requirement of 2.7g for men and 1.9g for women.

Start by taking 1 Tsp (5 ml) and increase to 2 Tsps. (10ml) gradually.

Add to morning Shakes, Prepare salad dressings, Use it for Baking as a replacement to Butter or Consume Directly.

Although we have made sure to use scientifically proven ways to pack flaxseed oil in dark glass amber bottles using phenolic caps. 

We highly recommend to store in Refrigerator at all times and making sure that the cap is tightly closed when not in use.
