
OUR SEED TO BOTTLE JOURNEY
We start with freshly harvested green coconuts picked directly from the trees—not dried copra. These coconuts are processed immediately, with the outer husk removed to obtain fresh white coconut meat, forming the foundation for truly authentic Extra Virgin Coconut Oil.
The fresh coconut meat is washed thoroughly multiple times to remove any impurities or contamination. It is then finely shredded to create a clean, uniform texture, preparing the coconut for efficient milk extraction while maintaining its fresh characteristics and clean coconut flavour.
No shortcuts here. We let the oil rest and settle naturally for about a month. This slow sedimentation process allows impurities to settle at the bottom, leaving behind pure, nutrient-rich Blackseed oil—just as nature intended.
The extracted coconut milk is processed through controlled centrifugation, where oil is separated from water and solids based on density differences. This mechanical, non-chemical method yields a clear, white Extra Virgin Coconut Oil with consistent composition and quality.
